What more? Modi plans for IPL in USA

The Indian Premier League Commissioner Mr. Lalit Modi nowadays has sleepless nights. First he introduced IPL. Then he took IPL to South Africa making it International Premier League. What else has he done for IPL 3? He signed deals to broadcast IPL live on Youtube and to screen it live in theaters all over India.

So whats his next step?

He has met with the US Cricket Chief for what?. To move IPL into The United States. He discussed with the USA Chief to bring Champions League T20 in US as soon as next year and to allow top US Players play in IPL.

His decision is very interesting.

Why does Modi do this?

He says USA and the North American continent has the second largest viewership  and revenue for Indian Cricket and the IPL.

He adds that the meeting is successful and very near in future cricket will become popular in USA.

What does Lockerbie say to this?

IPL is a powerful product in sports and has fame all over the globe. Cricket USA and IPL will work hard to make cricket popular in Northern America.
